Educational innovation clusters as mean of effective transformation of tertiary education

Abstract
Annotation. The subject of the article is tertiary accounting education in Ukraine. The aim of the research is to determine basic directions for tertiary accounting education reforms in Ukraine, which should correspond to the cluster approach. Methodology of research. Methods of systematization and generalization have been used in the article to analyze the experience of the USA and the EU member states in creating educational innovation clusters. Findings. The main advantages of educational innovation cluster partners have been investigated in the article. The model of Poltava educational innovation cluster has been offered in the research. Practical value. It is determined that creation of educational and innovative clusters one of the most effective ways of transforming tertiary education institutions. The functioning of it will improve the quality of educational services, preserve the scientific potential of higher education institutions and increase the efficiency of each cluster member.
