Educational, methodical and pedagogical activity of the historian Vira Zhuk (1928-2008)

Abstract
In article it is investigated educational and methodical and pedagogical activity of the famous historian, archivist Vira Zhuk. The attention is focused that the scientist trained the whole group of talented teachers, had considerable achievements in educational and methodical and teaching work. V.N. Zhuk prepared methodical recommendations for teachers, teachers, students, pupils, published a large number of articles in the magazines. Participated in many international, all-Ukrainian and regional historical conferences. In spite of the fact, that Vira Nikanorovna had no pedagogical education, her teachers often addressed for consultations on problematic issues in the history of Ukraine and a technique of their teaching in a school course of history. Its knowledge from history of Poltavshchyna was especially valuable.
