Abstract
The article, based on the analysis of scientific sources and the study of practical experience, characterizes the educational-methodical support for analytical competence formation of the future specialist on documen- tation and information activity. The principles and criteria for educational material selection, teaching aids and Internet resources, forms and methods ensuring the formation of analytical competence of future specialists of the specified profile are determined.
