ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ ВИРОЩУВАННЯ КАПУСТИ КОЛЬРАБІ В ЛІВОБЕРЕЖНОМУ ЛІСОСТЕПУ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
The main task of the Ukrainian agroproductive complex is to provide the population increasing demands with food products. The consumption increase of rare and green vegetables which have nutritious qualities and high dietary-medicinal properties is rather important to solve the problem. Hence it is necessary to study in details and improve the modern technological methods to grow rare vegetables including kohlrabi. The article contains the research results of variety kohlrabi composition in the Left Bank Forest Steppe of Ukraine. It was ascertained that the best variety was Videnska bila 1350 one which ensured to obtain the highest crop capacity level – 13.4 t/ga, profitability – 170,0 % and coefficient of energetic effectiveness – 2,5. The indices of Delikatesna bila and Snizhana varieties were lower 11,3 – 12,4 t/ga, 120,0 - 135 % and 2,3 – 2,4 correspondingly.
