Effect of Spray Directions on the Crystal Growth of Fluorine-Doped Tin Oxide One-dimensional nanostructured Thin Films
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 12, Issue 1
Abstract
In this study the novel spray pyrolysis technique, known as rotational, pulsed and atomized spray deposition method was used to fabricate vertically aligned and well separated FTO One-dimensional nanostructures on glass substrate. It was confirmed that spraying at low angle to the substrate is mandatory for the crystal growth of vertically aligned nanorods. The preferential orientation of nanorods crystallites along the (101) direction and prepared nanorods thin film showed an excellent transparency of 84.8% and a low resistance of 26.7 Ω/sq.

A Comparison of Rheological Models and Experimental Data of Metallocene Linear Low Density Polyethylene Solutions as a Function of Temperature and Concentration
Knowledge of rheological properties of polymer and their variation with temperature and concentration have been globally important for processing and fabrication of polymers in order to make useful products. Basheer et a...
Application of the Magnus and Fer expansions to a perturbative study of the time dependent Jaynes Cummings Model
We apply the Magnus and Fer perturbation methods to Jaynes Cummings Model (JCM) with linear time dependence and show that the perturbation methods yield results which are appreciably close to the results obtained by Wei-...
The Second Law, Gibbs Free Energy, Geometry, and Protein Folding
The fundamental physical law of protein folding is the second law of thermodynamics. The key to solve proteinfolding problem is to derive an analytic formula of the Gibbs free energy. It has been overdue for too long. Le...

An Analysis of Internal Gravity Wave Tunnelling in a Stratified Region Along with Rotation
The internal gravity wave tunnelling in presence of earths rotation is studied for different density barriers. An exponential approximation used reveals the existence of evanescence in the barrier region which signifies...
