Effect of the Development of Smart Schools in Promotion of Formal Education (Case study: Department of Organization and Management Education of Miandoab)

Abstract
The primary goal of the present study is to investigate the effect of the development of smart schools in developing official training (Case study: Department of Organization and Management Education of Miandoab). The present study follows a descriptive design. The sample size was determined as 40. The questionnaires having to do with official education were employed. In order to analyze the obtained data, the study made use of inter group ANOVA and regression test. The results manifested that smart schools had an effect on improving official training. Also, the results reported that the subscales relevant to these two variables had a profound effect on developing official training.
