EFFECTIVE ACTIVITY OF THE NATIONAL ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU OF UKRAINE AS A CONDITION OF PROVISION OF THE UKRAINIAN CONSTITUTION BODIES OF THE UKRAINIAN AUTHORITY

Abstract
The article is devoted to questions about the legal status of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine and its activities in the sphere of ensuring the rule of law of the Constitution of Ukraine. The reasons for the creation of such an institution, the peculiarities of its formation and place in the system of anti-corruption bodies of state power are explored. The main provisions of the regulatory framework governing the activities of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine have been analysed, their deficiencies have been identified, and options for their solution have been proposed.
