EFFECTIVE APPLICATION OF LABOUR IN THE COUNTRYSIDE IN TERMS OF ITS POTENTIAL

Abstract
Purpose. The aim of the article is the formation of system vision concerning potential of labour in the countryside and substantiation of basic directions for its effective application. Methodology of the study. The general and specific research methods were uses in research process, including: monographic method is used to describe results obtained during theoretical research; method of theoretical generalization – in the determination and characterization of forms of rural labour, their application and hierarchy; method of empirical observation and comparison – in determining the key directions to achieve a high level of efficiency of rural labour. Findings. The essence and peculiarities of rural labour have been considered in the article. The forms of rural labour, its applications and hierarchy have been defined and characterized. Key differences between the employment potential and human capital have been established. The key principles for achieving efficiency of rural labour use have been outlined. The key directions for achievement of a high level of rural labour efficiency have been determined. Originality. Formation of key aspects of the mechanism of effective use of labour potential of agricultural enterprises and rural areas in terms of existing and potential opportunities for their development in terms of the transformational changes. Practical value. Results of research enable to identify key factors of the employment potential formation of the enterprise and territories to ensure close links between definitions in terms of alternative ways to attract farmers to work.
