Abstract
Effective communication method splay a big role in determining consumption behavior and realizing purchasing behavior. While performing the consumer action, the consumer chooses to take decisions through many internal and external factors, chooses th emethod of buying and deciding, and develops a style. This style of development reveals the consumer's attitude towards the basic purchasin decision. When social media users express themselves and otherit's a virtual medium that connects with the users. According to the results of the research, most of the consumers area ffected by what is spoken about products in the social media. This makes social media more important for companies. At thispoint it is important to examine effective communication methods and social media influence on consumer behavior.
