Com-constructional model enable students having special needs and their parents to look liberally at education process integrating them in common class activities. Learning becomes a communication process with other learners in which students having special needs share knowledge, experience and learn to know things to their possibilities. Their knowledge is estimated as an input to future knowledge but not in present so students can express freely not afraid of mistakes and their assessment. In the contest of the model all students are important and their experience is important to other, communication of every student to others and learning in team is a future result of all team, so division of tasks, experience, resources and responsibility stimulates all learners to look at learning constructively as a making and permanent process.
