EFFECTIVE FORMS AND METHODS OF LEARNING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE AT NON-LINGUISTIC UNIVERSITY ON THE TECHNICAL FACULTY AS A GUARANTEE OF TRAINING OF QUALIFIED SPECIALISTS

Abstract
The questions of effective using forms and methods of studying of foreign language at all stages of development of personality and formation of vocational orientation of future specialists are considered. The system of training of qualified specialists with knowledge of foreign language is the main task of the professional and practical education. Well-planned and well-organized educational process is increasingly important to improve career guidance for young people. The process of training the qualified specialists is one of the main problems of the professional-practical education. So the above-mentioned problem in the article is considered the major among the problems which the high and secondary school meets. As communicative activities are closely associated with the formation of professionally-cognitive needs of students, so teaching a foreign language for technical specialties those are the requirements of a professional technical knowledge of professional and technical communication through the mastery of a foreign language.
