Effective Recruitment Strategies in Modern Human Resources Management

Abstract
This article discusses "Effective Recruitment Strategies in Modern Human Resource Management" at PT XYZ. In an era of intense competition, effective recruitment is key to acquiring the best talent. The objective of this study is to analyze the recruitment strategies implemented by PT XYZ and their impact on employee quality. The methodology employed includes interviews with HR managers and analysis of documents related to the recruitment process. The findings indicate that the use of technology in recruitment, such as online platforms and social media, has enhanced efficiency and candidate reach. Additionally, a values-based approach in recruitment contributes to cultural fit within the organization. These findings highlight the significance of adaptive and innovative recruitment strategies in supporting the company's growth.
