Effective reinforcement steel bar for modern construction

Abstract

The studies of the nomenclature of the effective reinforcement bar formation of a periodic profile in Ukraine for use in reinforced concrete structures without prestressing are carried out. Reinforcement steel of periodic profile are the most actual in structures made of monolithic reinforced concrete especially in load-bearing reinforced concrete structures in modern high-rise frame-monolithic buildings and are the most massive type of high-strength reinforcement. The annual production of such reinforcement steels is constantly growing in the world, and the quality requirements are becoming stiffen. The main tendencies of development of steels bar effective reinforcement of the periodic profile in Ukraine are determined, taking into account the experience of economically developed countries. The results of studies of unified welded reinforcement steel of a sickle-shaped double-row profile of class A500C, conducted in Ukraine and abroad, are summarized. The results of researches of the new innovative crescent-shaped four-row reinforcement steels of the A500SP class and the new universal reinforcement steels of the class An600C, grade 20GSFBA are conducted abroad. The generalized conclusions and recommendations are given.
