Effects and Benefits of Marriage from Quran and Traditions' Point of View

Abstract
Marriage is a contract that causes a man and woman be allied with together to constitute a family and attend to life. This kind of contact is between worships and transactions.It is named worship because it had been considered by God and it has been encouraged in Quran and some tradition of the prophet and Imams; it is like the transaction because contract, marriage portion, alimony, woman’s right to benefit from marriage portion and the possibility to annul the contract is necessary. To keep social relationships and avoid chaos, also to prevent instability in human life, it has been under particular constraints in Islam religion that without obeying those special regulations, those effects and benefits that are associated with it will not be obtained.In this paper, it is tried to explain the associated benefits and effects of this contract that has been the mediocrity of worship and transactions by using Quran verses and prophets’ narratives; also the conclusion will be proposed.
