Effects of market orientation and strategic orientation on dimensions of innovation in manufacturing SMEs in Tehran province industrial towns

Abstract

Due to the growth of technology and innovation in the industry, the question always arises as to what can bean effective innovation strategy? What factors lead to increased innovationin organizations? The purpose of this study is to evaluate how much strategic orientation and market orientation on innovation in small and medium-sized manufacturing have been previously investigated in Tehran. According to the survey result sare used in industries and small and medium enterprises .This research has been applied to an organization. This research was instrumental in the organization because it provided information to the organization by using a question naire togather information from experts within the survey-field. We highlighted how to obtain the data required based on the descriptive design of this study. For the purpose of this study, we designeda question naire based on the variables selected of the 5000 companies located in Tehran384 participated in our study. our for data analysis included statisticalinference ,and structurale quation models. The LISREL and SPSS soft ware have been used and all hypotheses were confirmed.
