The Pearson’s correlation coefficient indicated the relationship between each independent variables and the dependent variable and tested at 5% significance level. The study established that overall, diversity affects the cohesion of the JCB and although the problems related to diversity are intermittent occurrences, in some branches, less than 20% of the branches, these happen very often. Although in 20% of the branches, diversity issues are minimal. Although, there are deliberate efforts to capitalize on diversity at JCB, very little is being achieved, and negative diversity is likely to affect executive effectiveness, if not properly addressed.
