EFFICACITE DE LA POLITIQUE MONETAIRE ET BUDGETAIRE : CAS DU MAROC.

Abstract
Cet article propose une ?valuation empirique de l?efficacit? relative aux politiques mon?taires etbudg?taires au Maroc ? l?aide d?un mod?le SVAR. Les r?sultats obtenus de l?estimation montrent qu?? courtet long terme la politique mon?taire et budg?taire influencent l?activit? ?conomique.la politique mon?taire men?e au Maroc est inefficace ? court terme, elle agit n?gativement sur la croissance ?conomique. Cependant, dans le long terme, nous remarquons que la politique mon?taire est bien men?e, en effet, un choc postifsurlamasse mon?taire agit postivement sur la croissance.Au niveau de la politique budg?taire, nous constatons que celle-ci est inefficace? long terme est n?agit pas sur la croissance ?conomique, n?anmoins ? court terme la politiquebudg?taire est meilleure pour la croissance ?conomique. Notamment une intervention de l??tat parune politique de relance budg?taire elle se traduit par l?augmentation de taux de croissance. Tous ces ?l?ments, nous am?nent ? contester la pertinence d?adopter pour le Maroc des r?glesstables de la politique mon?taire et budg?taire (inflation 2 %, d?ficit budg?taire autour de 3% duPIB, d?ficit public de 60% du PIB).
