Journal Title: Здоров`я дитини - Year 2014, Vol 5, Issue 56
Abstract
The paper presents the results of the study on the efficacy of Laferobionum application in children with bronchial asthma, who often suffer from acute respiratory diseases (ARD). It is found that the inclusion of Laferobionum in complex of treatment and prevention in this group of children helps to reduce the incidence of ARD by 2.6 times, to reduce the incidence of bronchial obstruction episodes on the background of ARD by 2.8 times, to decrease the duration of bronchial obstruction. Under the influence of treatment with Laferobionum we have noted a tendency towards normalization of immunity parameters, increase in the content of interferon gamma, and decrease in the concentration of interleukin-4, the activation of antioxidant protection.
