Abstract
The article examines the effectiveness of the organization of financial management of a commercial bank. Also, the elements of the financial management system in a commercial bank are considered. Investigated financial management as a science of financial management of the bank to develop and implement management decisions related to the formation, distribution and use of financial resources of the bank.
