EFFICIENCY OF THE INSTITUTE IMPLEMENTATION ENSURING THE SAFETY OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE CRIMINAL PROCESS

Abstract
The article defines the concept of “efficiency”. An investigation is being carried out on the effectiveness of the implementation of measures to ensure the safety of persons involved in the criminal process. The points of view of domestic and foreign scientists on the mentioned issues are studied. On the basis of the conducted research, formulating its own proposals for ensuring the effective use of the Institute for ensuring the safety of the participants in the criminal process.
