EFFICIENT ЕMРLOYMЕNT MANAGEMENT IN THE TОURISMSECTOR: INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Abstract
This article examines the scientific and theoretical approaches of foreign scholars to ensuring employment in our country in the field of tourism services. The practical activities and results of the development of the market for tourism services in leading countries with a sufficiently developed tоurism sector were also analyzed. As a result of the application of these approaches, opportunities for the development of the tоurism sector have been identified.
