Egzemplifikacja innowacyjnych koncepcji i metod logistycznych w budownictwie

Abstract
The contemporary situation of economic and ecological word focuses us to constantly go seek solutions to not only reduce the human impact on the environment, but also likely to wean us from the environmental sources of energy. There are big needs on innovative solutions in the building trade. The aim of this article is to describe modern theory and methods in building enterprises and building undertakings in theoretical and empirical dimension in the context of the challenges of contemporary building trade. In the article the author started by presenting the challenges of contemporary building trade such as the need to pass through the turbulence, the end of the 2010/2023 EU perspective, the echange rate of the green and ended with the presentation of the logistic modern conceptions and methods. The main principals of this conceptions and methods revolve around sustainable building industry, energy and water saving, environmental footprint and worker productivity. At the same time they are perceived as a way to improve efficiency and reduce the costs.
