Einige Gesichtspunkte der Handelsbeziehungen zwischen Sozialistischer Republik Rumänien und Bundesrepublik Deutschland (1960-1990)

Abstract
Après avoir établi à la fin des années ’50 les premières opérations d’importation – exportation du secteur de l’industrie des constructions de machines et de l’industrie alimentaire, les relations économiques et commerciales entre la Roumanie socialiste et l’Allemagne d’Ouest ont connu les 7-ème et 8-ème décennies une évolution tout à fait particulière au niveau institutionnel, mais aussi au niveau financier. Les relations commerciales bilatérales ont été caractérisées par l’asymétrie structurale de la balance commerciale, iniquité à long terme des échanges réciproques, des exportations roumaines dominées par les produits de l’industrie légère et exportations ouest-allemandes dominées par ceux de l’industrie lourde. La République Fédérale Allemagne a représenté pour la Roumanie le plus important partenaire économique ouest-européen, avec un rôle déterminant dans l’industrialisation et la croissance économique de notre pays dans les années ’60 et ’70.
