ЕКОНОМІЧНА КОНЦЕНТРАЦІЯ ТА СТРУКТУРИ УПРАВЛІННЯ В АГРОПРОМИСЛОВИХ ФОРМУВАННЯХ УКРАЇНИ

Abstract
Розглянуто підходи до тлумачення сутності економічної концентрації та наведено власне розуміння даного поняття. Визначено, що економічна концентрація це укрупнення підприємств, набуття прямого чи опосередкованого контролю одних суб’єктів господарювання над іншими, створення асоціацій, концернів та корпорацій як форми об’єднань товаровиробників. Здійснено аналіз економічної концентрації за її показниками, а саме: кількістю дочірніх підприємств, кількістю відокремлених підрозділів (філій), загальним розміром земельної площі та загальним обсягом консолідованої виручки. Досліджено організаційну структуру управління в АПФ на прикладі холдингових компаній, земельний банк яких мав за останні роки тенденцію до нарощування.
