Ekonomiczne bariery rozwoju rynku elektromobilności w Polsce

Abstract
W artykule podjęto próbę zasygnalizowana problematyki ekonomicznych barier rozwoju rynku elektromobliności w Polsce. Rozważania oparto o analizę dokumentu stworzonego przez Ministerstwo Energii czyli Programu Rozwoju Elektromobliności w Polsce. Celem artykułu jest zasygnalizowanie istniejących ograniczeń formalnych i pożądanych perspektywicznych kierunków zmian, co w przyszłości prowadzić może do zweryfikowania obecnie promowanych działań ekonomicznych w zakresie rozwoju rynku elektromobilności w Polsce.
