Abstract
In order to study the effect of the residual gas factor on the parameters of the working process, it is necessary to estimate its volume. However, the value of the coefficient of residual gases cannot be directly measured in the experiment. The estimation of the change in the value of the coefficient of residual gases was carried out by an indirect method, and the dependence of the parameters of the working process of the engine on the temperature of the charge air is given in this paper.
