Abstract

The variants changes presented by the society for the use of ICT for education at higher level takes every day stronger, giving rise to new tools that can be used to give the student a completely updated quality education. The use of a Virtual Classroom within a system of higher education as the core of support in the teaching - learning process. By the above, the present study set out to determine "factors that contribute to the formation of the high-school students from the National University of Costa Rica - Regional Headquarters, Chorotega - Guanacaste - Costa Rica, using the" Technology platform - Virtual Classroom". You can detail the methodology developed, is of mixed nature; i.e.: quantitative; as described the teachers and learners make use of technologies, collecting, validating, as well as analyzing the information with the skills, tools and of this approach. In the same way, qualitative by means of introducing in the knowledge of the characteristics, features, and reality of the case and in the reproduction of the study of integration of ICT solutions.
