Elastic Properties Of Biba(K)O3ferroelectric Oxide Glass
Journal Title: American journal of Engineering Research - Year 2018, Vol 7, Issue 2
Abstract
Based on the pair distribution functions of (Bi2O3)90-x(K2O)x(BaO)10,(Bi2O3)90- x(BaO)x(K2O)10ferroelectric oxide glass,we have been obtained the pair potential of all components. By applying Schofield’s equations, the elastic constants have been calculated. Velocity of sound, elastic moduli, Debye temperature has been obtained as a function of Bi2O3, BaO and K2O contents. The calculated results are in good well agreement with available experimental data.
