ELECTRIC MODEL OF A PIEZORESONANCE MECHANOTRON WITH CAPACITIVE CONTROL

Abstract

The electric model of piezoresonance mechanotron (PRMT) with capacitive control is presented in the paper. A numerical analysis for piezoresonance mechanotrons with controllability characteristics for two types is carried out: using an external capacitive sensing element connected to the piezoresonator and excitation of the piezoelectric element in the movable gap. This gap is modulated under the influence of the measuring physical quantity. The substantiality of the use of the basic approaches in designing of measuring transducers of mechanotron type with capacitive control is determined.
