Electricity Generation using Railway Tracks
Journal Title: GRD Journal for Engineering - Year 2017, Vol 2, Issue 5
Abstract
Power Generation from railway tracks is an important concern in today’s life because its carries large number of trains moving over it. In this project an attempt is made to design a mechanism which able to carry load and generate power using Simple mechanical elements. This mechanism used hydraulic press and Chain drive mechanism to transmit power. The mechanism design in this project is Alternative way to store the energy which is generated using train when passes over the railway tracks with continuous power production process. This mechanism is has advantages of less in cost to manufacture and maintenance free and requires less space to install it.

On Triangular Sum Labeling of Graphs
Let G = (V,E) be a (p, q)-graph. A graph G is said to admit a triangular sum labeling, if its vertices can be labeled by non-negative integers so that the values on the edges, obtained as the sum of the labels of their e...
Performance Evaluation of R.C. Moment Resisting Symmetric Frame using Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis
Engineering structures are often very complex and difficult to analyze for their dynamic, or vibrational, behavior. With the immense loss of life and property witnessed in the last couple of decades alone in India, due t...
Nutrient Recovery from Urine through Membrane Techniques
A paradigm shift is currently underway from an attitude that considers urine as a waste to be treated, to a proactive interest in recovering materials and energy from these streams. This paper is concerned with the devel...
Parametric Experimental Analysis of Erosion Wear on Mild Steel Material – Response Surface Methodology
Analyze erosion of Mild Steel material on jet erosion tester for slurry transportation system. In this work Mild Steel material will be experimentally investigated under varying velocity of jet, position of angle with re...
Assessment of Heat and Fluid Flow Enhancement over Heated Perforated Ribs: Review
This paper presents a review on heat and fluid flow enhancement in an adiabatic channel over heated perforated ribs using pulsating flow methodology. A pulsating flow is imposed by an acoustic woofer at the channel inlet...
