ELECTRONIC, CRYSTAL STRUCTURE AND PHYSICOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF MULTILAYER MULTICOMPONENT NANOSCALE STRUCTURES CREATED AT DIFFERENT DEPTHS BASED ON Ta AND Ni
Journal Title: International scientific journal Science and Innovation - Year 2025, Vol 4, Issue 2
Abstract
This work is devoted to the analysis of electronic and crystalline characteristics, as well as the study of physicochemical properties of multilayer structures created based on Ta and Ni, depending on the depth of formation. The relevance of the study lies in the need to study the influence of depth parameters, layer thickness and formation methods on their electronic, crystalline and physicochemical properties.
