ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES

Abstract
The factors that determine the efficiency of use of the electronic learning resources in the today’s university-level education are analyzed; the e-learning forms are compared to the traditional ones. The conclusion is made as of the necessity to combine these forms subject to the factors relative to the specific conditions of teaching and learning, and to the personality traits of the students and instructors.
