ELEKTRON TİBBİN İNSAN RESURSLARININ FORMALAŞMASI: BEYNƏLXALQ TƏCRÜBƏ, HƏLLƏR VƏ PERSPEKTİVLƏR

Abstract
Səhiyyə sahəsində informasiya-kommunikasiya texnologiyalarının (İKT) tətbiqi və istifadəsi, elektron tibbin (e-tibb) formalaşması, e-tibb kartlarının (ETK) reallaşması müvafiq bacarıq və biliklərə malik insan resurslarının olmasını tələb edir. Məqalədə tibbi sfera üçün informasiya texnologiyaları (tibbi informatika) ixtisasları üzrə kadr çatışmazlığı probleminin aktuallığı göstərilir, e-tibbin formalaşdığı ölkələrdə bu problemin həllinə yönəlmiş çağırışlara baxılır, tibbi informatika ixtisasları üzrə kadrların təhsili və hazırlanması istiqamətində qəbul olunmuş proqram və strategiyalar analiz olunur. Respublikamızda tibbin və İKT-nin inteqrasiyasında kadr hazırlığı ilə bağlı vəziyyət şərh edilir, tövsiyələr irəli sürülür.
