Abstract

The challenges to security studies that result from the development of a new international background are obvious: the global emergence of new threats has proved the inefficiency of older con- cepts. The presence and the amplitude of all those risks, dangers, and threats lead to an approach focused on security in globalization and to an emphasis of the security – insecurity antonomy’s artificiallity.
