Abstract

The article covers the history of the Bukhara Khanate before the accession of Emir Shahmurad and during his reign. The reforms carried out by Emir Shahmurad and their significance in the history of the Bukhara Emirate are shown and analyzed. The relevance of this study is due to the need to analyze the transformation processes in the Central Asian state at the end of the 18th century, as well as to study the impact of Shahmurad's reforms on the socio-economic and political situation in the region. The aim of the work is to comprehensively analyze the reforms of Emir Shahmurad, their role and significance in the history of the Bukhara Emirate.
