Emotional culture as a basic copy-resource of teachers of boarding schools for children with intellectual disabilities

Abstract
The article presents theoretical and practical aspects of the problem of the emotional culture of teachers of boarding schools for children with intellectual disabilities. It has been experimentally proved that insufficient development of emotional culture determines the main manifestations of emotional burnout among teachers, due to this emotional culture acts as a basic coping resource for this pedagogical environment. The seminar-training on increasing the level of emotional culture of teachers was developed and implemented in the educational process of boarding schools for children with intellectual disabilities; the results of approbation of the training seminar proved its effectiveness and expediency for using by school psychological service in the work.
