Empathic qualities as components of future pedagogue’s professional-pedagogical culture

Abstract
Future pedagogue’s professional-pedagogical culture as a fundamental quality of his/her personality reflects a particular type of relationship between a person and social-pedagogical environment. Both the content of a student’s professional-pedagogical culture and the evaluation of its development level manifest professional and personal qualities, in particular, empathy. The person who possesses a high level of professional-pedagogical culture is able to empathize, sympathize and assist. Our article is dedicated to the revelation of essence and meaning of empathic qualities as components of future pedagogue’s professional-pedagogical culture.
