Employee Attitudes to Rumours in Organization

Abstract

The objective of the study – to find out how the employee rumors in organization. This paper applies the survey data results of the analysis, processing and interpretation methods for the quantitative type of survey and analysis of scientific literature and systematization. Rumors definitions emphasize a different thing, which leads to disciplinary position of the representatives. Sociology point of view, stress is such public interest rumors functioning elements: actions, the social environment in which they are spreading rumors, rumors, and various types of social groups, their intensity, and finally - social control options. It is important to identify and take off rumors and functioning system of social organization and dissemination of information, but do it by difficulties caused by the same rumor nature.
