EMPLOYEE COMPETENCY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Abstract
The aim of this article is to analyze the issues that contribute to the process of shaping the organization's competence management system. In view of this objective, the essence of the term "competence" is defined. This is particularly important given the fact that there are large terminological discrepancies in this area. On this basis, the structure of the organization's competence management system was established. There is also a list of rules for creating a competency management system that should be respected so that the organization can secure a competitive advantage in its current environment.
