EMPLOYEE’S CERTIFICATION AS AN INSTITUTE OF LABOR LAW

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issue, if the system of labor-law rules regulating the relationships of employee’s certification is a separate institution of labor law. It is ascertained that this system of legal rules has a sufficient number of properties of the institution of law. It is concluded that the system of labor- law rules regulating the relationships of employee’s certification should be qualified as an institution of labor law.
