EMPLOYING CONVICTED DEPRIVED OF LIBERTY BASED ON THE ASSIGNMENT OF WORK

Abstract
The study is devoted to the issue of employing the convicted deprived of liberty based on the assignment of work. The author focuses on two main issues: the legal nature of actions undertaken within the employing convicted deprived of liberty on this legal basis and on the form of termination of this employment. In the final part, the author has also discussed the issue of leave at work, as one of the rights of prisoner under the employment based on the assignment of work. Internal systematics of work involves – besides beginning as termination – three chapters connected with individual legal actions undertaken as part of the employment of convicted deprived of liberty according to the specific legal basis.
