EMPLOYMENT OR USE OF A FIREARM BY NATIONAL POLICE OFFICERS AS A GUARANTEE OF PERSONAL SECURITY

Abstract
At present, in the conditions of conducting in our country an antiterrorist operation that destabilizes economic and political development in the country, has led to an increase in crime, and also, given the large number of uncontrolled displaced weapons and ammunition on the peaceful territory, and in the context of reforming law enforcement agencies when new legislative and regulatory acts have certain gaps, there is a need for a clear legal basis for the use of firearms by National Police officers, the rear I ensure their security and safety of citizens.When performing their official tasks, extreme situations arise that require professional police officers, including when handling firearms, and in part with their use. Thus, in difficult situations, a police officer must always act quickly, accurately and effectively, while within the framework of legislation that regulates the use of police coercive measures, including the use of firearms.
