ENDOWMENT AS A FORM OF HIGHER EDUCATION FUNDING

Abstract
In this article deals with the international experience of higher education institutions in the field of fundraising and the search for extrabudgetary sources of income. The foreign practice of using the possibilities of funds for financing higher education has been studied. Describes the scheme of endowment funds, grounded the need for their creation. The world practice of creating endowment funds is considered. It is concluded that the availability of own target capital guarantees the University stability of the implementation of long-term research programs, qualitative improvement of the teaching staff, attracting the best students and creating the optimal material and technical conditions of the educational process.
