Energy and ecological criteria for the optimization of technoconosis of the housing and communal enterprise

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of increasing energy efficiency and environmental safety in the housing and communal sector, presented a technocenological method for solving the problem with the help of a mathematical apparatus of rank analysis. The algorithm of optimization of the technocenosis housing communal services, as well as the program complex “Smart Technocenosis”, designed to analyze the consumption of energy resources of the communal and budgetary sphere, was developed.
