Energy Security of the European Union and Its Relations with Iran

Abstract
The current instability in Ukraine associated with the crisis in relations with the Russian Federation sparked between the Member States of the European Union fears about their own energy security. In this situation, the political leaders of the Islamic Republic of Iran have repeatedly said that Iran is ready and able to deliver large amounts of EU natural gas. The main aim of this article is through the basic criteria of the EU actorness to analyze the external dimension of energy-security relations of the European Union against the Islamic Republic of Iran.
