Energy Spectra of CdS/Cd1-xZnx S Nano Dot Under The Influence of Magnetic Field
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 4, Issue 1
Abstract
We present a theoretical study on shallow donor binding energies of CdS/ CdZnS nano dot as a strength of applied magnetic field along Z direction for various Zn concentration. Calculations are carried out by using the technique of variational ansatz within the frame work of effective mass approximation. Our results show that the binding energies are drastically affected by the dot radius, the strength of magnetic field and concentrations.

Gravity
Considering two balls of Z protons each near each other the residual electric potential V is calculated. Also the gravitational potential is calculated. The Gravitational constant is the same for both. Thus the electric...
First application of total skin electron beam therapy for Mycosis Fungoids in Iran
Total skin electron beam therapy (TSEBT) is internationally considered as a treatment modality for cutaneous T-cell lymphoma for either curative purpose or palliative care. The first attempt to apply TSEBT in Iran took p...
Study on anisotropies and momentum densities in AlN, GaN and InN by positron annihilation
The independent particle model (IPM) coupled with empirical pseudopotential method (EPM) was used to compute the thermalized positron charge densities in specific family of binary tetrahedrally coordinated crystals of fo...
Satalitic Magnetospheric Catalyzation
This theory states that in crossing between the Earth and the Sun (non-eclipse), charged molecules absorb the Solar Magnetic Field, creating an oscillation in its intensity that pushes Electrons in the core of ou...
Conserved Quantities for the General Linear Heat Equation
In this paper, conserved quantities are computed for a class of evolution equation by using the partial Noether approach [2]. The partial Lagrangian approach is applied to the considered equation, infinite many conservat...
