Energy Spectra of CdS/Cd1-xZnx S Nano Dot Under The Influence of Magnetic Field
Journal Title: JOURNAL OF ADVANCES IN PHYSICS - Year 0, Vol 4, Issue 1
Abstract
We present a theoretical study on shallow donor binding energies of CdS/ CdZnS nano dot as a strength of applied magnetic field along Z direction for various Zn concentration. Calculations are carried out by using the technique of variational ansatz within the frame work of effective mass approximation. Our results show that the binding energies are drastically affected by the dot radius, the strength of magnetic field and concentrations.

Visual Evoked potential signal processing and analysis for normal and galucomic eyes
Visual evoked potentials (VEPS) are obtained from optic tract by recording the evoked potentials generated by retinal stimulation. The flash VEP (FVEP) is used less frequently than pattern reversal VEP (PRVEP) because; i...
GRAVITY FIELD: THEORETICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL CONTRIBUTION TO STUDY WEIGHING PENDULUM PERIOD
We present in this article a theoretical study and experimental variations of the period of a pendulum consisting of a heavy rigid rod on which we can translate a mass . The study was conducted at the National Advanced S...
Experimental Demonstration That Aharanov-Bohm Phase Shift Voltages In Optical Coupler Circuits of Tuned Patterned Magnetic Fields Is Critical for Inhibition of Malignant Cell Growth
The physical processes by which specific point duration magnetic fields affect aberrant expressions of living matter may involve non-classical mechanisms. The Aharanov-Bohm voltage for a quantum of energy that is converge...
THE CONCEPTUAL DEFECT OF THE LAW OF UNIVERSAL GRAVITATION OR FREE FALL: A DIALECTICAL REASSESSMENT OF KEPLERS LAWS:
The concept of Universal Gravitation or Free FallĀ common to both Newtons Law and the Theory of General Relativity (GR) of Albert Einstein is one-sided, idealistic and an anti-dialectical notion in cosmology. It is also...
Low temperature resistivity anomalies in Pr-based nano-manganites
The low-temperature electronic transport behavior of under doped polycrystalline Pr0.8Sr0.2MnO3 (PSMO) manganite nanoparticles (down to 40 nm), have been investigated in the presence of applied external magnetic fields (...
