Enforcement of child support payments

Abstract
The article reviews the essence of such an institution as support payments, specifically child support payments. The main types of forced recovery are outlined and specific problematic issues of forced funds recovery reviewed. Some suggestions to improve the legal regulation of forced funds recovery for children keeping costs are given.
