ENHANCEMENT OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF BUILDING ENTERPRISES ACTIVITIES INCURRED BY CONSOLIDATION OF MOTIVATION OF LABOR ACTIVITY

Abstract
The article deals with problems of increasing the efficiency of Ukrainian enterprises, in particular, construction companies, on the basis of motivation of labor activity. A modern organization, whose goal is to stay on the market and take a firm stand, is also trying to maximize the efficiency of its employees, creating all the conditions for the maximum return on the company. Motivation affects labor productivity and is an important method of personnel management. In modern conditions, the methods of personnel management are obsolete. The main problem is ignoring the needs of the worker as a person. It actualizes the need to study the problem of motivation of staff at enterprises, taking into account the use of motivational levers. It is concluded that the current economic situation requires from owners and financial managers of enterprises of effective management, careful control and timely adjustment of factors of motivation of labor activity, which is the basis for the efficiency of enterprises.
