ENHANCING TEACHERS' COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE: STRUCTURE, ESSENCE AND DIDACTIC CONDITIONS

Abstract
This article explores the structure, essence, and didactic conditions necessary for enhancing teachers' communicative competence. The study highlights the importance of communicative competence in modern education and provides practical recommendations for its development. The findings are based on a review of existing literature, case studies, and empirical data, offering insights into the strategies and conditions that can improve teachers' communication skills.
