ENHANCING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF DOMESTIC MUNICIPAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF STATE REGULATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to increase of competitiveness of domestic car-building enterprises in the conditions of state regulation. Traced the influence of the state on the activity of wagon-building enterprises. The analysis of the wear of the rolling stock of JSC «Ukrzaliznytsya», dynamics of freight wagons production was carried out. The directions of improvement of the state regulation and the priorities of the state concerning development of the national car building industry are determined. Proposed tool for effective implementation of state policy in the carriage industry
